Oneisall is a fantastic company that communicates with their customers. Andrea responded to my email by the next day and had the problem solved immediately. Polite, professional and courteous! I have had many dog fountains and the stainless steel Oneisall Dog Fountain, (7L/230oz/1.8G) delivers! My favorite feature is the ability to clean this fountain in minutes, instead of making it a scheduled event. The fountain is quiet and I can walk by and see where my water level is, thanks to the light. I have read about the pumps going out and you can read reviews on every fountain out there and you will see the same issue. These pumps are the same regardless of what brand fountain you buy. To stretch the life out, make sure that it never runs dry!! It happens to all of us, but it will burn that little motor up quick. In general, plan on purchasing replacement pumps. I have not experienced any better quality from the $25 pumps than I have the $14 pumps. In my experience, making sure that it never runs dry and keeping a maintenance routine the pumps lasts roughly 6-9 months, but these little motors burn out. Oneisall customer service has truly been great to deal with, and that alone will keep me purchasing from this brand.
