GOOD scooter but FAKE warranty, they dont answer
English: The scooter is good and functional as long as it's new, but now that months have passed since the purchase, the battery does not hold a charge and I therefore asked for its replacement since on their website aovopro.com they state that the battery is covered by warranty. Unfortunately this is not the case, in fact they do not respond. So unfortunately now I can't use the scooter anymore because the battery is dead and they don't provide me with assistance, despite several emails sent. In summary, as long as the scooter is new, everything is fine but don't expect to receive assistance or spare parts in the following months, it's false advertising. they do not respond to requests for assistance under warranty (as they write on their website). Italiano: Il monopattino è buono e funzionale finchè è nuovo, ma ora che sono passati mesi dall'acquisto la batteria non regge la carica e ho quindi chiesto la sostituzione di essa dato che sul loro sito aovopro.com affermano che la batteria è coperta da garanzia. Purtroppo non è cosi, infatti non rispondono. Quindi purtroppo ora non posso piu utilizzare il monopattino perchè la batteria è esaurita e loro non mi forniscono assistenza, nonostante diverse email inviate. In sintesi finchè il monopattino è nuovo tutto bene ma non pensate di ricevere assistenza o pezzi di ricambio nei mesi successivi, è una falsa pubblicità. loro non rispondo a richieste di assistenza in garanzia (come invece scrivono on their website).
