After being fed up with some of the big hosting providers, I stumbled across Host Koala on a Reddit thread, and seeing the price ($13/yr) I figured it would be low risk to try it out, and have been more than pleasantly surprised. I've been using HK for about 18 months now, with very little issues, and when there are, the support is very active and engaged in trying to problem solve your ticket. With servers all over the globe, I would highly recommend.
