Excellent after sales service
I recently purchased my fourth pet door from Hale. I purchased my first door in-glass door for my dog back in 2006, and have always found their products are of excellent quality, and they last. My recent purchase was significantly delayed due to the incompetence of the postal (logistics) company - no fault of Hale Pet Doors. Sue, from Hale, was very helpful in following up with the logistics company, and helping to resolve the issue. In the issue she arranged for a second door to be made, and shipped to me free of charge. Thank you again Sue. I will continue to be a loyal Hale Pet Door customer for all my doors.
