Horrible experience, still no products.
I ordered 2 pairs of socks in the beginning of December, knowing shipping times would be delayed. About a week later, a tracking number was provided, but the order still to this day states it is "confirmed and getting it ready" to ship. When I track the number online, all it tells me is that the order number was created, and no further information. I have emailed them, only for someone to tell me to continue checking the order page for updates (after 2 weeks there is still no update.) Next, I got a follow up email asking how they did and to rate my experience, but never responding to my latest questions. I emailed again asking to cancel the order and for my money back, have yet to hear from someone. Very disappointed as this was a special gift for someone that they never received.
