Unfortunately I bought a tripod with extendable arm from them last year and the ball head and camera attachment plate are constantly coming loose. The camera literally never stays put. Which is the point of a tripod. And I use it for close up still life so it’s all but useless to me now. When I complained shortly after buying they said to use a hex key to tighten up the tripod. However, the screw itself and the holes it goes into are so weak that they bend out of shape quite quickly. They told me to purchase a new camera plate attachment and I did out of my own pocket. So basically they expect me to spend money every few weeks to keep the tripod working. Even then it still isn’t completely still. Further: They do not comply with relevant consumer legislation in the UK.
