Qoo10 impose unfair policy to customers post purchase
I would give zero star if i can. The Q&A service from Qoo10 sucks. They repeatedly avoid your question in their answers. I suspect they have a deadline to meet and just send any reply they can. Qoo10 also impose policies on customers w/o making them known before we purchase. When queried after our checked out, their answer is because we've purchased from them we have agreed to be bound by their decision, no matter how unfair it is. Their delivery is frequently late and sometimes very late. Ice cream and cakes arrive fully melted. Use other eCommerce merchants - Shopee, Amazon, Lazada. While they are not perfect, they are much better than Qoo10. Shopee is also more price competitive for the same products.
