Really Really bad warranty service (customer service)
I bought a phone in Gshopper (from AliExpress - order I'd: 8017100418378937) and it arrived very quickly. Although after 2 months using the phone it suddenly stopped worked. I asked customer service that asked me to go to a local repair or order to get a repair quotation. The repair quotation indicates that the board is broken, so therw is no repair ( I paid 20 euros for the repair quotation). When I sent this information to the store they told me that they just van send me 30 of compensation. I should have 1 year at least of warranty service, so I want a new phone or s repair, and they assume anything.
