I was having a problem with product description. I took a chance and emailed support. To my surprise, I was immediately email back. It took a few emails to get the information into my thick skull, but Leakdry stayed with me until I was satisfied. I just received the product and have not used it yet, but do not expect any problems. Appear to be good quality and pre-sale support was great. Phone support is not available as the company is in China. It is unfortunate that our two countries are not currently working more close together.
