Returning products is impossible
I used to order a few products from FashionChingu so far and I was happy with the products until now. But sadly now I ordered a product that is too small, which I wanted to exchange. I know I have to send mine back and pay for shipping again, that is not the problem. The problem is, that I texted the customer service, not only once but 4 times now, a friend of mine as well, but we did never get an answer. Which makes it impossible to return the product and choose another size, and now I have a product I cannot wear since it is too small. In the return policy it says it is possible to return within 30 days, the limit is not reached yet but it will, if they won't answer. I find that a bit disappointing and so it's 3 stars from me.
