What is the deal with you guys not keeping us informed on our packages?? I ordered on 12/31/2020 and here it is 1/9/2021 and still nothing and no movement. Order still say processing but you took my money out??? Now I have a tracking number and an email that said it was returned??? I never returned it. Stop screwing with me also never got the name of the tracking company. I updated as star but I want more information please. Please keep me updated on the whole process so my package gets here safely!
