Awful customer service
After I made my order, it was out of stock. Refund or replacement were the options given to me. So I tried to replaced it with other item. Then they asked me what item I am replacing. Ridiculous. And then over a month passed, the shipping confirmation didn’t come. I asked what happened, they replied that my address is wrong. They couldn’t have told me that before? How is my address wrong? I have received many packages through it. And after sending my address again, I still didn’t get the shipping confirmation. I truly thought this was a scam. Never going to buy from this place again. Got a refund in the end.
