Easy to use
The Epubor website contains a lot of information, one just needs to take the time to go through it properly (especially if not tech-savvy). I found Epubor Ultimate to be very easy to use! The only thing I found lacking was that there were no details on how the trial version works and that it only converts 20% of the text. It would have been helpful to know this upfront, but otherwise...so far, so good.
