No Follow-up
Schedult reached out to me on LinkedIn from 3 different people employed at the company over a couple of months. I decided to give them a shot and used the 7 day trial and I filled in the brief. I got back the designs and they needed some minor tweaks made to them so I sent spent some time completing their revision request form as well as recording some video feedback to help make clear what revisions I needed to be made and got a message that the revisions would be with me in 3 business days. After 5 business days passed without any follow-up or revision on their end, it has become clear they don't have enough interest in helping customers like myself who are trying to schedule events for our company's marketing campaign. I am disappointed with the lack of urgency and professionalism and will say that the company really needs to work on their customer engagement and communication.
