REFUND ? WHAT REFUND
This company seems to think it can run outside any UK regulations or financial protections in place for consumers. Never come across such a time-wasting, purposefully difficult, unhelpful company employing every delaying tactic (repeatedly) they can come up with. My advice is use your credit card section 75 or claim through your payment service (eg PayPal).
