I've noticed a large increase in the moisture content in the previous bag of Whey Protein Isolate 90%. This may not sound like a big deal but it is! It changes very significantly the powder's ability to dissolve in my morning coffee. I use to be able to use it after I cooled down the coffee with cocoanut milk & half & half. It would dissolve quickly with almost no lumps. Now, its a complete mess! it takes five minutes of stirring & then crushing lumps & the stirring some more. Over & over, for at least five minutes until it has dissolved, when before, it took under a minute. I think someone is rushing the drying process as I checked the bag for any holes & found none. If the next couple of bags continue to do this I will cancel my order.
