Never signed up for a subscription but was charged
To be charged via PayPal without consent is illegal. The only information Pixlr ever had from me was my email address. I've never signed up for their annual service, but received a payment notification from PayPal. How can they do this? They don't have my name, my address, credit card payment details or consent for this payment. That'd be illegal in the UK. They think they can get away with it by being based in Singapore. I highly recommend anyone to stay away from interacting with them or providing them with your Apple/Google or email credentials.
