Booked tickets Porto to Lisbon for July. Rail Ninja charged double the face value of the rail tickets. The breakdown of the costs did not include the charge they make for this service. We went ahead based on the value of the tickets from Combios de Portugal. When we questioned the total amount, it was explained that it was a charge for their services . We cancelled the tickets with them and they charged £22! Do not recommend this platform
