Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware!! Ordered a garage door bottom seal kit off of a internet ad. The ad stated the kit came with an anti-rust aluminum retainer. I even watched the video on installation. Picked the size I wanted and added to cart. Paid with Paypal. It took 5 weeks to get the order and when it arrived the retainer was plastic. Contacted through e-mail and was told that was what I ordered. I did not even know that they sold plastic retainers. Never saw but the one application in the ad. When I asked if I could exchange the plastic for aluminum, I was informed they did not do exchanges and that the plastic was as good as the aluminum and that I should re-order the correct item that I wanted. Why should I do that when I did not order what I got in the 1st place? What a joke!! Wish I had read the other reviews before dealing with this company. Regret ordering from them!!
