Beware
I ordered a top called a built in bra camisole top. Somehow I ordered an XS rather than a medium. I decided that I’d need to return it. When I ordered the top I had gone through UK Silky Silky but I don’t think this is a UK based company like I thought so returns will be expensive. Trying to contact Silky Silky is not easy. I tried the email address provided but my emails bounced back. Eventually I got a reply but rather than answer my explanation to my problem it just posed more questions. I had the distinct impression that it was a computerised response. I replied to their email but once again I got bounce backs but eventually one must have got through. Once again another email giving me options which would mean a response from me and more bounce backs. By this time I gave up as andead loss and a lesson learned. The cynic in me rather thinks that this is the outcome that Silky Silky would prefer. If they are overseas then the return costs would probably not be economically viable versus the cost of the product (£27.99 plus £6.99 delivery).
