Yanwen facility obviously have someone there who has sticky fingers, I ordered a TurboClean AquaMax: Space-Saving Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner, Pet-Friendly Vacuum x 1 from Avernixio tracking in place when parcel arrived it was a small package with a cheap tacky ring in it . Obviously someone has swapped the item and stolen it or it was a scam from company I tried to purchase item from , either way it is unbelievable the nerve of some people , well bad luck will bestow those that steal . 0 stars for service . Very frustrating !! Also do not get anything from Avernixio you will not receive your goods !! At least I got my money back used my credit card this way you are protected just protect your assets
