Broken Software, No Customer Service
I Purchased the Full package, and I tried to do a system clone on my new m.2. it ended up making my drive malfunction and the system wouldn't recognize it. Had to wipe all my drives and reinstall windows. Have tried contacting about a refund about a week ago. Have not received any info back.
