Big liars!!! Robbing agents you will have to deal with. They have some home operated setup, more like a family business or group of people to rob people. They are charging 300$ for a cancellation of Air India flight which was cancelled by airlines itself during lockdown. On calling AirIndia, they confirmed they have full refund policy for any flights having travel dates during lockdown. But these Robbers are trying to mint money from that as well.
