Absolutely shocking service from Novelship. I paid in full for an item that was never delivered. No proper delivery attempt was made, no “missed delivery” card was left, and tracking was inconsistent from start to finish. Despite this, Novelship tried to charge me additional redelivery fees and are now attempting to deduct delivery, return and “handling” fees from my refund for an item I never received. This has been ongoing for over 3 months, with more than 100 emails exchanged and hours wasted on customer service calls. I have been given conflicting information throughout, and still have neither the shoes nor a full refund. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act — you cannot charge a customer for delivery and handling of an item that was never delivered. The lack of accountability, transparency, and resolution is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
