Poor quality control, slow support, missing instructions.
Cabinets were received with some items damaged and all the drawer and door handles missing. Contacted BOC for replacements, which they sent, but it took almost 2 months. I also reported that 2 of the base cabinet doors are warped, and they said they are sending replacements, but it’s been over a month and they haven’t shipped them yet. Add to this that the premarked holes for the door hinges don’t line up with the hinges, so you have to guess, and the drawer boxes and drawer fronts aren’t predrilled or marked, so you’re on your own. It’s been impossible to get the doors and drawers to line up. Also, some items had no instructions at all.
