I was initially disappointed and furious because I took an IQ test on Facebook and agreed to pay a one-time $1 fee for results… then unknowingly was roped into a subscription and billed $39! 😡 But I went tryinnerly.com and complained to the support team. They were super helpful and promptly cancelled the subscription and refunded the $39. Their refund is deposited into my bank today, three days after I contacted them. That response from them is why I give them a good rating.
