Order placed 3 weeks ago still not received
I placed an order for a shirt and stickers so my child could give to his teacher. I was a little nervous as school would be out in 2 weeks and their shipping time said it would be 14 days. Well, 21 days later, and I have not yet receive my package. School is out and I have been communicating with them all along. They did a label 3 days after order was placed that the order shipped with a tracking saying it was coming out of Jamaica NY. Then when the order didn’t track for days, I got a sorry excuse that the CEO of their shipping company was coming to California to follow up personally on all the shipments. How is the order that was shipping from NY being followed up by someone in CA? Then I got a different tracking # from a CA address dated May 31st but that shipment didn’ t start tracking until June 09. They create labels only so that the order doesn’t get cancelled. They offered me a 10% discount for my trouble, then a 30% when I kept saying I wanted a refund, and they continue to respond with “I’m sorry your order is late. It’s now tracking to arrive”. Well, school is out and I ordered a replacement gift and the order still has not arrived. If you don’t care about when the item will arrive, go for it. But if you want your item soon, do not order from this company. I have still not received my item. If I can’t return or receive a full refund, I will place a claim with my credit card company.
