its more about the return for the items. It's just not as easy as amazon to return the crz so shop not directly on the site unless you are 100% sure this is going to work. Had to return a few items and they offer the discount to keep it but if I cant wear it whats the use. Customer service is very slow, they dont want to make it easy to return. Plus you have to pay the return. Items are not bad, bras I find less supportive or structured as Lululemon but in a pinch yes will work. Jackets yes good.
