After waiting for 10 days for my DJI… Told i have to wait minimum 26 days at least!
After waiting for 10 days for my DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Pro they have given zero updates for 10 days i had to chase them as i did not receive an update what so ever! After chasing them they told me they "think" my order would be able to ship arround 26 days after my order date! and said sorry we can refund you! This is absolutelly unacceptable as customer service! paying north of £700 for a camera and having to wait a minimum of 26 calendar days! They do not care just said we will refund you sorry! Stay away and look for better alternatives this company is unbeliavable!
