Getting the free shipping and rebates works well, however when returning an item, getting the return shipping is a multi-step process. Waiting for confirmation and documentation of the return in order to obtain the return shipping fee, can be rather complicated and discourages me from using this feature. Aside from that issue, I love FreeShipping.com and have used it for many years and plan to continue using it.m
