Avoid like the plague
Much like the common theme - purchase a laser engraver. It packed two months. Contacted the company (I think they are in china). they asked me for videos of the problem, my settings and what videos of when it was working well. I sent the videos. they didn't even bother downloading the videos. I've been chasing them for close to a year now. No response. They are absolutely useless. Another chinese company dumping crap products on the market without any customer service.
