Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. I purchased a 3 month subscription 3 days ago and have been unable to use it. Every time I try to use the study feature I just get a ‘something went wrong’ message. I sent a request for assistance on the app 2 days ago. No response. I would like a refund please if anyone actually bothers to respond to this. Edit: sent an email to the address you requested 2 days ago. Still no response. This is ridiculous. Absolutely unacceptable, I just want a refund and to move on from this.
