Upon placing order to receiving item everything was great. However, the jumper was way too big so I emailed to exchange. This is where communication became a bit sketchy as I had to email two or three times before I got a response. Upon receiving a response we we were back on track with a smaller size shipped out promptly. Aside that small hiccup, the service, delivery and product were very good. UK customer.
