⭐ 1 star Misleading product description and unacceptable refund practices. I ordered slippers advertised as UK size 9, but received a pair labelled “LARGE – US 10–11 / EU 44–45”, which were significantly bigger and unusable. The size chart was only sent to me after I complained, not clearly provided at the point of purchase. Delivery was also late, and when I tried to cancel before delivery, the seller refused. Instead of offering a proper refund, the company repeatedly pushed partial refunds and restrictive conditions. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal, who reviewed the evidence and issued a full refund in my favour. Even after PayPal resolved the case, the company continued emailing me asking me to deliberately damage the product and send photos as a condition of a refund, which I found completely inappropriate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
