Absolutely Horrid
After not being able to track my shipment for several weeks, and after getting it weeks past its supposed delivery date, customer service is horrid. After refusing to send me a missing part for nearly 8 months, they begrudgingly agreed after nearly a dozen emails. I have heard from others that they guilt trip customers trying to return defective products, giving me little reason to believe that my experience is anything other than normal.
