Very happy with K&F filters
This is an update of my previous post in January 25th. I have ordered a set of filters directly on K&F website just before Christmas, it was shipped from China within 2 days, but the local delivery in France was quite messy, I never received this parcel, and the shipment status was eventually "not found" :-( I emailed to K&F aftersales service to complain, Harriet at K&F was very helpfull and after a few emails she arranged a new set of filters to be sent to me. I have well received after a few days the filters as per my initial order, the product is great :-) Nice packaging, good quality of filters (Square ND1000 + GND8), very convenient to use. All this to say that I would definitly recommand K&F products, and I just hope they can improve the logistics of their shipments. K&F products can also be bought through Amazon, which may be safer regarding delivery.
