Very poor customer service. Bad quality product.
First unit lasted a couple of years but then the screen stopped responding to touch inputs. I bought a replacement. Big mistake. Worked well at first but after a few months the unit refused to boot up. Pumpkin support refused to provide a replacement and told me to get the unit repaired locally. Then they sent a replacement Android board and told me to carry out the installation myself. When that did not fix the problem they said they would send a new motherboard if I paid $20. I was not willing to do that and they refused to send a replacement unit. Do not buy Pumpkin car equipment!
