I bought 2 wigs from them and got them within a week. The shipping was pretty fast. The company keeps in contact with you, which is nice. Once I received my wigs, I started wearing one of them, after a few days I noticed a problem with one of them. I contacted the company and they were right on it to help correct the situation. They offered me some suggestions and after I tried what they sent over, I still had a problem. They did send me another wig and I just received it lastnight. Excellent customer service and very helpful. I would definitely order from them again. This second wig seems better.
