No customer service
Ordered a printer and got email saying it had shipped by FedEx. The only record that FedEx has is a label was created, as of 5/3/2023. Sent multiple emails with no response. Can not hear over the phone. I have sever hearing lose and can not understand people with accent. Typical generic response. IT WAS ORDERED FROM store_creality_com!
