OK Program. Support isn't great.
Pixlr E is fine for my needs though I wish it was available to download as a program not run through a browser. For the price I paid per year the program seems to be worth it. My problem has been billing. They double charged me. Then randomly charged me another fee I didn't agree to and in each refund I would lose money due to exchange rates. The 24/7 tech support it mentions in the creative pack doesn't seem to be real. It still usually takes 12+ hours for a response and much longer for resolution of issue.
