This company is a scam
I ordered one dress from this company to try it out. Now I find out it's not even available. "It's in production - when do you need it?" was their response. I'm not joking. They are taking orders, then buying fabric, apparently. I demanded a refund. They offered 30% of a future order. I know that I will never get the dress or a refund so I will continue to warn people however I can. eta - yes I see the bank has received the refund, although I do not yet have access to it. The note from my bank reads as follows: "Your account has a pending purchase return. The funds will be available for use when the merchant sends us the final transaction." so, we'll see. Further, readers should know I had to send multiple queries and complain on social media. This is not the kind of business I like to order from. My original order date was 3/2, and we are 20 days later at this point.
