I’ve ordered 5 collapsible plastic crates - the delivery was quick, and that was the end of god things to say. The boxes were flimsy, but no rerun info was provided. After ringing up I was advised to email the customer service informing of return, attach order number and was given the address. So I paid for the return, and sent them back. That was two months ago. Four emails later, numerous phone calls to the non- working customer service line- still haven’t received the refund. Shocking.... Stay clear of this bunch of crooks. Edited: since the review the company replied to my emails promising to look into it. Weeks have passed, I’m still holding my breath 🤣🤣🤣
