Initially great customer service & replied to every single question I had... But to cut a long story short they listed an item at an incorrect price but admitted it was their mistake & agreed to send the saber at a cut price... I asked if I could have a 32'' blade instead of the standard 28'', which I was told would be no issue at all, but I ended up with a 36'' blade & a box that looked like it had already been opened, which to be honest I was OK with. So I messaged & asked what I could do about getting the correct blade size that I actually requested? I sent several emails asking about this only to be totally ignored!!! This is seriously not a way to treat a paying customer & don't get me wrong the hilt is great and I love it! But I had to spend more money to buy a replacement blade from elsewhere & I find this quite unfair regardless of the discount I received... on this basis I cannot recommend Sabermax due to the fact they have totally decided to ignore any further questions rather than offering a solution to my issue, so I won't be returning to make another purchase!
