DHGate not resolving dispute
UPDATE: DHGate actually came through and offered me a refund after posting this. Still fake sellers on the platform and slow customer service can be a max of 2 stars. Ordered my item from a fake seller, who twice provided fake tracking numbers, that were never addressed for me. After opening a dispute and numerous messages to customer service, they are not taking any action, but asking me to contact the seller. The seller is no longer on the platform so cannot be contacted! This is unbelievable! I will never order anything from DHGate again if they are not able to resolve this kind of dispute.
