Scam company, scam earbuds don't work
Earbuds were delivered and failed to work from the start with bluetooth dropping out within 10 seconds of starting playback. The factory reset process as described in their manual did not work, so I contacted them and requested a return/refund. They took a week to reply and gave me instructions for a factory reset. I replied that I had already tried everything they were advising and that it had not worked. Several days later, I received another reply with instructions for a factory reset, again I replied saying I had done this and requesting a return/refund. I then heard nothing for another week, so I wrote again (all this was by email), demanding a return and refund. That's where we stand nearly 3 weeks after I received the earbuds. I don't hold out much hope of a refund, and the earbuds don't work.
