I’ve repeatedly missed the delivery of my order because a signature is required by Haimax. UPS provides a 4 hour delivery window but consistently delivers outside that timeframe. Unfortunately, I cannot remain at home for 12 hours a day waiting for the package. Hairmax should offer the option to authorize UPS to deliver the item without a signature.
