I got the X7 with pet bundle and M7 for mopping the floor. The X7 is very effective, lightweight but powerful, the battery life is great too. But the star of the show is the M7 - my floors have never been cleaner! They dry quickly too. All in all, very happy with both. I had a query about the order and the customer service team responded right away.
