My experience with Gateway.
This was my second time working with Gateway, initial purchase and the refinance of the property. Each time was a pretty good experience overall. There were several delays in the refinance process but likely a bi-product of lowered rates and an over abundance of people like myself trying to “get while the gettin is good”. Communication regarding delays may not have come as timely as I would have liked but we eventually were able to seal the deal. I would recommend them to anyone for their financing needs.
