Extremely disappointing and unreliable service
Extremely disappointing and unreliable service from Wedelivercars.co.uk. My vehicle collection was booked twice - first on 22-May and then rearranged for 27-May. On both occasions, the driver failed to arrive as scheduled. Each time, I was told the driver was unable to attend due to previous jobs or transportation issues. While occasional problems can happen, being let down twice in a row is simply unacceptable. Customers arrange their day around these appointments, and I ended up wasting two full days staying at home waiting for collection. To make matters worse, I had already received my new car and had to pay additional parking fees while waiting for the collection to happen. After being messed around twice, I cancelled the entire transaction. Very poor reliability, poor planning, and a frustrating experience overall. I would not trust or recommend this service again.
