I’m relatively new to photo editing and after some research I devises to give Luminar Neo a try. Worked great for a while but at some point the AI assistant stopped working. I contacted the support team and, even if the initial fixes they proposed didn’t work, they didn’t give up on me and kept trying until one fix they asked me to try worked. They are very reactive and professional, and now I’m back with a fantastic photo editing program and I know that if something goes wrong again they have a great team ready to support me!
